Not every client is able to progress to independent living. For this reason, Rainbow provides several homes for those who will require supervision and supportive care for extended periods of time. To enjoy the highest possible quality of life, clients participate in therapeutic groups, frequent community outings and recreational activities and are encouraged to pursue personal interests.

Participants have access to all Rainbow resources and amenities including:

  • Rehabilitation professionals
  • Treatment resources
  • Health maintenance services
  • Nursing care
  • Case management
  • Vocational programs and more

Rainbow's Continuum of Care spans a broad range of brain and spinal cord injury recovery and rehabilitation services including: medical, physical, cognitive, occupational, psycho-social, behavioral, vocational, educational, and recreational. Learn more.
