- Provides direct supervision, training and monitoring of clients performance at the job site
- Responsible for the completion of time sheets, productivity statistics and client feedback
- Assists the vocational team with client assessments by evaluating work habits, skills and behaviors on the job
- Responsible for maintaining a safe and organized job site
- Assisting and/or providing care for clients in any and all activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, toileting, etc. while on the job
- Job Requirements
- Two plus years related work experience
- Experience working with the special needs population
- Associated Degree preferred
- Experience with TBI population preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent driving record
